Is CraftMatch completely free?
Yes, the platform is completely free for customers looking for professionals. You do not pay any fee to post a job or receive quotes.
Do I have to accept the quotes?
No, you are completely free to evaluate the quotes. You only work with a professional if you agree on the price, date, and conditions.
How do you ensure the professionals are reliable?
The Belgian Company Registry (CBE) and VAT numbers of all professionals registering on our platform are verified by our admin team from official sources. Unverified professionals cannot submit quotes.
For Professionals
How do I start using the system as a professional?
After registering for free, you enter your business details (CBE/VAT). Once your profile is approved, you can immediately start quoting for jobs with your gifted tokens.
What is a token and how does it work?
A token is the balance used to unlock customer contact information (phone/message) on job requests. You pay no other commission when you secure a job by spending tokens.
Who does the customer pay?
Customers pay the agreed job fee directly to you (the professional). CraftMatch is not involved in the payment process and takes no percentage/commission from the job cost.
